Mate I'm 44 and worked every day since I was 14. I hate it. I just want to hang out with my friends and play video games. Looking forward to retirement to be honest.

@thespicygopnik5659 Nah I'm not afraid, it's just part of life. However I will give you advice I wish I had been given at your age, just eat red meat, fish and eggs. Cut out all grains and processed foods, even cut out vegetables, seriously. Most of the effects of aging are because of the shitty diets people have. We aren't meant to eat grains or plants. The whole food pyramid is a lie and it is killing us. I know that sounds like some crazy conspiracy shit and I don't blame you for not believing me but just try it for a month and you will be amazed at the massive improvement in your physique even in such a short time. It's actually cheaper than eating all that other crap too.

@ I was tired in my 30s but in my 40s I have the same energy levels I had at 18. I simply changed to a carnivore diet. The "food" they're telling us to eat isn't food, it's cattle feed. Seriously, just go carnivore and you will have energy and muscle and you will shed all your fat. Your mind will no longer be clouded. Bad diet is what slows you down, not age.

@ I'm in my 40s and I assure you that my reflexes haven't slowed even slightly, I may even be more alert now. Change your diet. Get off the carbs and plant toxins. Go carnivore man, it will change your whole body in a month and you will feel 25 years younger.

@agsrf6479 A wife from the modern world would only be a burden to him. Just fish, hunt, relax and enjoy the solitude. Hoping to do something similar soon. I just wish I had done it when I was the age of the OP. Working is for fools and horses.
