  3. Lake Tahoe area, but an expensive area for real estate. Even worse now since we're getting Silicon Valley folks buying up houses during the pandemic. Medellin, Colombia and Cuenca, Ecuador, have great year round weather, but I don't know if they have bodies of water.

  4.  @jdhjimbo  There are VERY few places in the USA that I would consider attractive to live in. Either a weather issue, crime issue, cost of living issue, etc. That's why I will move overseas soon.
