  2. For this specific situation it would be whoever sees it, fixes it, or at the very least calls it out. Sometimes if there's a large rush then obviously humans will miss things. The important thing is to at least call out the error so that it can get fixed.

  8. The body does get used to the weather for sure, but some places it's very very expensive to keep a warehouse cool during a hot summer's day, although it should be installed in every warehouse. Once energy costs come down (like through Tesla solar) it'll make much more sense to outfit every warehouse with A/C.
