  3. Wife and I have a rule to not over-invest in any asset regardless of what its potential could be. Real estate is financed but rental income + passive income pays for the bills/living expenses, including mortgage.

  4. I like SQ - I really respect Jack Dorsey. Palantir I'm not sold on - my entire background is Data and to this day I can't figure out what exactly Palantir offers that's any different from what we have today.

  8. Can't really comment on this as I do not know Tesla's internal plans, but Tesla's overarching approach from my experience is to do the most logical thing possible for both speed of delivering the product/service and cost.
