  2. Mark Antar First of all, GT3 is less track oriented than a 650S. Why? Well, first of all, it's just a more sporty version of a sports coupe which is the 911. 650S is designed from ground up to be a supercar. Second, 650S has more power, and uses more race oriented technology that they get from F1....its almost completely made out of carbon fiber...unlike the GT3. 911 still has all the luxury or more than the 650S has. So...the fact that the 650S is barely faster just shows how much better the 911 is as a car, because it achieves far more with far less. .
