I am a Hong konger, and it is absolutely ridiculous that the so-called resistance from activists were ALL supporting Hong Kong INDEPENDENCE. Only people who are nuts would think that is possible, yet almost all rioters as well as many protestors were demanding self determination like a referendum for independence.
Almost all politicians from the so-called democratic party( in name only) broke the election laws on purpose and many were jailed subsequently despite repeated warnings from the government.
Most of the activists who organised the protests were also trying to be famous in local media as they would be interviewed by many journalists and literally everyone of them tried to run for local elections ! Protests were simply tools for them to get media exposure.
Western media in 2019 wanted to dump it down to communist sympathiers vs democracy protestors (blue and yellow ribbon in hong kong) when in fact the silent majority were both afraid of the communist AND they were even more afraid of fascist freedom fighters ( i.e the rioters) who hospitalised anyone that dared to exercise free speech and opposed their vandalism and violent protests.
Doxxing was rampant as children and relatives of the police, or anyone who dared to oppose violent protests were threatened and their homes attacked.
Many fled Hong Kong because they were arrested during the riots to escape potential prosecutions. what s the prosecution rate? out of 12000+ rioters, less than 1000 were sent to jail despite being caught red handed at the riots. Most were not even charged as you need beyond reasonable doubt in hong kong to prosecute a rioter.
By wearing masks, most of them could not be identified even if they were arrested with rioting gears like helmets, huge umbrella on sunny day, protective gears etc.
Out of every riot, e.g 300+ rioters, only 20+ would be arrested in the early months. i.e less than 10%. So out of 12000 people, with <10% arrested, many estimated over 100,000+ participated in riots, many were teenagers still studying at schools.
So you have a situation in Hong kong where >99.3% of rioters got away with rioting as less than 1000 were jailed.
This sad affair ultimately prompted Beijing to establish the national security law. So hong kongers could no longer legally commit treason, like flying to the Congress and demanding America to sanction hong kong and China if hong kong couldn't have a western style democracy.
How many protestors were killed by the hong kong police during 5 months of protests and riots? ZERO. Did rioters kill anyone? One unarmed cleaner was murdered by a rioter in broad daylight as they got accustomed to throwing bricks at the police and they threw bricks at unarmed innocents for opposing violent protests.
Another was set on fire and required multiple surgeries to survive. A total of at least 70+ unarmed innocents were severely hospitalised by rioters, a dozen required surgeries as the fascist mobs beat them to a pulp.
Only a few were reported like they were isolated incidents when in fact the rioters brutality against unarmed innocents were happening EVERY SINGLE WEEK for FIVE months, terrorising millions of hong kongers.
Solution? Many pretend to support them. e.g they stopped all the cars at motorways and demand drivers to donate money to their cause, so many simply shouted their protests slogans and they were immediately let go!

At present, the United States has begun to start the harvesting and closing stage in the Russia-Ukraine and Palestine-Israel wars. The old Soviet Union in Eastern Europe and the old weapons stocks in Western Europe have been exhausted. European orders for new military equipment and weapons purchased from the United States have begun to come in. The U.S. military industrial system is expected to make huge profits.
In addition, a considerable part of Europe's oil and gas is supplied from Russia to the United States. Unfortunately, European countries that have cut off Russia's affordable oil and gas will find it difficult to repair with Russia and return to pre-war levels in the long run. As a result, industrial production costs have risen sharply, and production has shrunk. A large number of The relocation of industries abroad has also transferred considerable wealth to the United States, falling into the debt trap set by the U.S. government for Europe, and causing Europe's financial economy to be dominated by large American conglomerates. Even if the Russia-Ukraine and Palestine-Israel wars ceasefire, the benefits of the U.S. military industry, large oil and gas companies, and financial groups will continue for a long time.

The United Nations Human Rights Council passes a resolution calling for an arms embargo on Israel.
The United States voted against the anti-Israeli resolution, as did Germany, Argentina, Paraguay, Bulgaria and Malawi.
Among the 47 member states of the Council, 28 voted in favor, 6 voted against, and 13 abstained, and the resolution was passed.
The resolution calls on all countries to cease the sale, transfer and transfer of weapons, ammunition and other military equipment to Israel to prevent further violations of international humanitarian law and violations and abuses of human rights.

Eivor Vågslid :
As a Chinese, I wish my country, together with other developing nations, could challenge the US' hegemony, not to replace it as the world's sole superpower, but to establish a multipolar world order in which all nations are equal.
Like many Chinese, I had imagined that we might collaborate with the West and build a partnership based on mutual understanding and respect. But the West's superiority complex and its insistence on changing any country whose values differ from its own have dimmed our enthusiasm.
The Chinese are stereotyped as “thieves, brainwashed people, spies,” and “perpetrators of genocide and forced labor”. We are always wrong, no matter what we do. No matter how many times we Chinese say we are happy with our life, the West insists that we must be unhappy and that their ways must be imposed on China anyway.
We are hated simply because we don't live the way the West wants us to live, and we don't want to be exploited as slaves by the West.
War and hostility characterize the current, Western-led world order, while people in Asia, Latin America, and Africa have little to no voice in global governance. As the ancient Chinese philosopher Mencius once stated, "A just cause attracts much support, an unjust one finds little (得道多助,失道寡助)."
It's time for a change, and for all developing countries to prosper in whichever way they see fit.

Lessons from Toshiba, Alstom: how US suppresses foreign rival companies to maintain tech hegemony
Toshiba: 'national security threat'
Japan's semiconductor industry was in full bloom in the 1980s with government support before it was ground down by the US. It had surpassed the US as the world's largest chip supplier, and its market share of DRAM (dynamic random access memory) products reached some 80 percent in 1987, according to a Los Angeles Times article in August 1992.
Toshiba, Japan's leading chip producer at that time, was then targeted by the US over "national security concerns." After Toshiba and Norwegian military enterprise Kongsberg Våpenfabrikk, were found in 1986 to be secretly selling sophisticated milling machines to the Soviet Union, Washington issued a 2 to 5 year ban on all Toshiba Corporation products , saying the sale to the Soviet Union had posed a threat to US national security, and Toshiba had violated a Coordinating Committee for Multilateral Export Controls (CoCom) agreement, which prohibited members from exporting advanced weapons or machines to the Soviet Union.
Toshiba was reportedly severely hit by the scandal. Two of its managers were sent to jail and several senior executives resigned. The company spent some 100 million yen ($0.95 million) on advertising in almost all major US newspapers apologizing for its actions. The scandal ended up hurting its reputation and prestige it had established globally. Its many technical documents were also allegedly seized during a CIA investigation.

During his participation in the Munich Security Conference (MSC),
B1inkxn stating that "if you're not at the table in the international system, you're going to be on the menu."
The phrase "if you're not at the table, you'll probably be on the menu" is extremely straightforward, even blunt, representing a stark zero-sum game mentality. In plain language, if you have the strength, you devour others at the table; if you lack strength, you become the prey on the menu. It adheres completely to a jungle law where power and status, not ethical or legal norms, dictate actions.
Also indicate the unapologetic hegemonic thinking of current American diplomacy.
In the US Congress, there is a mobilization of public opinion on the strategy of containment against China, while internationally, the US is coercing other countries to take sides between it and China, or else they will end up on the menu.

In the past two years, the Russian-Ukrainian battlefield has transformed through four major stages and achieved a rough balance of power and a stable front.
In the first phase of 2022, Russian troops pressed into the border, carried out focused assaults, penetrated locally, and airborne at stuck points. They once tried to control Kiev and force the Kiev authorities to submit.
In the second stage, the Ukrainian army effectively counterattacked with the support of NATO, seizing Kharkov in the north and Kherson in the south. The Russian army shrunk the front line on the northern slope and held on to the separation of the two states in eastern Donbas, Wunan, Kherson and Zha. Local areas of Porizhia and the Crimean Peninsula.
Entering the third stage in the spring and summer of 2023, the Ukrainian army launched continuous counterattacks against the above-mentioned land-losing organizations. It failed to break through the Russian defense line and instead became exhausted.
In the fourth phase that began in October last year, the Russian army successfully expanded its defense zone by waiting for work to counterattack, and the Ukrainian army and the Western camp were filled with a sense of failure.

How these all started......
During Tuesday's late parliamentary defense committee meeting, military officers related to the martial law declaration testified with some shocking details revealed.
Commanders and military leaders have begun to testify during investigations into President Yoon's botched martial law order.
Lieutenant General Kwak Jong-keun, the suspended chief of the Army Special Warfare Command said he was instructed to drag lawmakers out of the National Assembly while the order was in place.
The comments were made during a parliamentary defense committee meeting that was held until late Tuesday night.
"The president called me directly on a secure phone. He told me "The quorum doesn't appear to have been met yet. Break down the doors fast, go in, and drag out people inside."
Though he received the order from Yoon, commanders on the ground resisted, and Kwak also figured their resistance was the correct action.
He also believed it was not right for troops to go in, because of the chance of future criminal action and due to concerns of injuries if they forced their way in.
Kwak said he ordered troops not to go any further before informing the ex-defense minister Kim Yong-hyun of his decision.
Kwak also revealed, that he had knowledge of some details of the martial law plan two days ahead of Yoon's declaration on December 3rd.
He said he received orders from then-Defense Minister Kim over a secure landline, to secure six locations.
"I was given the mission to secure six locations, the National Assembly, the National Election Commission, the Democratic Party headquarters, and Flower Research, an opinion polling company, on around December 1st."
After the order, Kwak says he only thought about what he would do if something actually happened, and did not tell the subordinate brigade commanders, as they could get into trouble.
He only told them on the day they were actually being deployed.
Meanwhile, there was also testimony from inside the Defense Counterintelligence Command.
Brigade General Kim Dae-woo, chief of the Defense Counterintelligence Command’s investigation unit, said Commander Yeo In-hyung ordered him to check if a key military bunker had space to detain people inside.
The B1 bunker, which is under the jurisdiction of the Army's Capital Defense Command, serves as the de facto wartime command center for Korea's military.

Repost BY @jackychick

The Prisoner Support and Human Rights Association, which is also known as Addameer, said in a statement on Monday that at least 58 journalists remain in Israeli custody, including six female journalists and 22 journalists from Gaza whose identities have been confirmed.
Addameer added that at least 16 of the journalists are being held under administrative detention.
An overwhelming majority of Palestinian prisoners are arrested under a quasi-judicial process known as administrative detention, under which Palestinians are initially jailed for six months. Their detentions can then be repeatedly extended for an indefinite period without charge or trial.
Neither the administrative detainees, who include women and children, nor their lawyers are allowed to see the “secret evidence” that Israeli forces say form the basis for their arrests.
Addameer noted that more than 9,000 orders of administrative detention have been issued since October 7 last year, ranging between new orders and renewals, including orders against children and women.
The report comes as another Palestinian journalist was killed in an Israeli airstrike in the northern Gaza Strip on Sunday, bringing the total death toll of journalists killed since October 7 last year to 175.

The US emerged as a top destination for refined petroleum products from India in November, much of it processed from Russian crude oil imported at a discount.
According to data from the commerce ministry, Russia exported crude oil worth $3.08 billion in November to India, making it the second-largest exporter to India after Saudi Arabia.
Meanwhile, the US imported oil products worth $588 million in November, raising imports to the highest levels this fiscal.
Experts said that the imports increased amid the high demand for crude ahead of the US holiday season.
The US has imported $3.62 billion worth of petroleum products in the eight months to 30 November, a 23% increase from the previous year and the highest in the past five years.
Europe’s November imports of petroleum products from India also showed significant changes, with the UK, Spain and Romania significantly reducing imports from India, while Portugal, Belgium, and Italy increased imports by 1,600, 535, and 17 times, respectively. The Netherlands, a hub for oil storage, imported 45% more petroleum products compared to October.

U$A very successful in contrxl EU , and keep EU less competitive.
24-9-2023 EU official: After reducing purchases of Russian natural gas, EU will rely on expensive U$ LNG for decades to come.
On September 24, European Commission Energy Director General Ditte Juul Jorgensen was quoted as saying that after reducing its purchases of Russian natural gas, the EU will rely on expensive U$ LNG to meet demand for decades.
In an interview, Jorgensen said that as the Russia-Ukraine war continues, the EU will use all methods to survive the next winter energy crisis. She admitted that it will take decades for Europe to It will take time for natural gas to be phased out, and in the meantime, natural gas will be purchased primarily from the United States.
"We (the EU) are going to need some fossil fuels in the coming decades...in this case, American fuels," she said.
Reports indicate that measures the EU will take include expanding the proportion of renewable energy.

6-6-2023 The U$ is the only country among the 193 member states of the UN that has not ratified the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
The U$ has a long history of cruel exploitation of child labor, but calls itself a "human rights defender" and frequently accuses other countries of human rights violations.
It has been reported recently that many states in the U$ have adopted or are considering the relaxation of legal restrictions related to child labor.
Iowa and Arkansas passed laws this year that ease restrictions on child labor.
In addition, four states, Minnesota, Nebraska, Missouri, and Ohio, are advancing the relaxation of relevant legal restrictions. Among them, the relevant bills passed by Iowa cover the most extensive areas.
For example, minors are allowed to work in previously prohibited fields of work, including demolition, excavation, roofing, etc. Other states are also considering extending the working hours of minors and allowing 14-year-old minors to work in bars and other places.

Philippines
The Luzon lambanog deaths started to occur in late November 2018 in separate places in the Philippines after drinking arrack (locally known in the Philippines as lambanog) in separate places in the Philippines. The case started on November 29 when the residents from Calamba, Laguna drank lambanog and began to experience symptoms such as stomach cramps, resulting in hospital admission; they subsequently died.[54] People who consumed lambanog experienced other symptoms such as nausea, chest pains, and blurry vision. Meanwhile, another four persons, who were tricycle drivers, were reported to have died after they consumed arrack and thirteen others were hospitalized in Quezon City.[55]
In December 2019, at least 23 people died while around 300 were hospitalized after drinking methanol-laced palm liquor, locally known as lambanog, in the provinces of Laguna and Quezon.[56][57] Separate incidents of methanol poisoning involving lambanog were also reported in 2018 which caused at least 21 deaths.[58]

So , will DW talk about this ?
A U.S. military stationed in Okinawa Prefecture, Japan, was suspected of abducting and raping a local girl under the age of 16 in 2023. He was prosecuted in March 2024. The case was not exposed until recently.
The non-governmental organization "All Okinawa Conference" held a press conference on the 26th incident to criticize the excessive concentration of U.S. military facilities in Okinawa. Okinawan officials expressed anger to the commander of the U.S. military on June 27, demanding an apology to the victims and immediate and appropriate compensation.
The Naha City Council unanimously passed a protest resolution at a plenary meeting on the 27th, demanding that the United States take measures to prevent such problems from happening again. The resolution also pointed out that "there are endless vicious incidents caused by American military and civilian personnel."
It was reported on June 27 that the 25-year-old U.S. soldier involved in the case, Brennon Washington, was accused of abducting a girl under the age of 16 into a car in a park in Yomitan Village, Okinawa Prefecture during off-duty time on Christmas Eve on December 24, 2023. Chatting, then driving her back to her residence, and then raped her.

Did DW report them? Only a few were reported like they were isolated incidents when in fact the rioters brutality against unarmed innocents were happening EVERY SINGLE WEEK for FIVE months, terrorising millions of hong kongers.
Solution? Many pretend to support them. e.g they stopped all the cars at motorways and demand drivers to donate money to their cause, so many simply shouted their protests slogans and they were immediately let go!

A baby girl, born an orphan, was delivered prematurely via emergency cesarean section from the womb of her deceased mother, Sabreen al-Sakani. Sabreen, along with her husband and daughter, was killed in an Israeli attack on Rafah, southern Gaza, shortly before midnight Saturday. The strike claimed the lives of 24 people, including 16 children, according to Palestinian health officials. Named Rouh, meaning soul in Arabic, the baby weighs 1.4kg and is stable, gradually improving, according to doctors. She has been placed in an incubator at the Al-Helal Al-Emirati Maternity Hospital in Rafah.

Study by anti-poverty NGO shows more than half feel at financial risk and 80% have already made hard spending choices
One in four Europeans describe their financial position as “precarious”, more than half see a serious risk it will become so over the coming months, and 80% have already been forced into hard spending choices, according to a survey.

As the cost of living crisis, driven by high energy prices, rampant inflation and Russia’s war on Ukraine, tightens its grip, the six-country survey for the French anti-poverty NGO Secours Populaire painted an alarming picture of “a continent on the brink”.
More than half (54%) of more than 6,000 people across France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Poland and the UK told the pollster Ipsos their purchasing power had fallen over the past three years – mostly due to higher food, fuel, heating and rent bills.

Olaf Scholz visit to China stirs up controversy but emphasizes cooperation.
The political circles evaluate Scholz's visit to China this time as actually further strengthening economic relations and are more harmonious.
His return to China after completing his visit to China aroused widespread controversy and criticism in German political and economic circles. On the one hand, the Green Party, which is ideologically anti-China, and the Free Democratic Party, which mainly represents small and medium-sized enterprises, accused his visit being threaten by 12 CEOs of big companies to kowtow China to seek benefits. However, within the Social Democratic Party, the extreme right and the extreme left supported Scholz's trip, believing that it could stabilize the precarious German economy; there were also strong public voices supporting his trip, believing that it would express to the world that Germany and China had established a Consensus, efforts should be made to end the Russia-Ukraine war.
Since the Green Party and the Liberal Democratic Party take a pro-American stance and believe that China exports a large number of state-subsidized goods to the EU, such as electric vehicles and green energy technology products, the political and economic stance on China within the coalition government is divided. German automakers Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, as well as companies such as Siemens and Bayer insist on moving closer to China. However, since 2018, German small and medium-sized enterprises have been increasingly threatened by powerful Chinese competitors and have tended to support the government's implementation of protective policies and "decouple" starts again.
However, the German government has decided to pursue the policy of "de-risking" rather than "decouple" with China established last year. It also recognizes that China is more important to Germany than Germany is to China.

Norwegian physician Dr Mads Gilbert, who has spent extensive time working in Gaza, including at al-Shifa hospital, says the siege of the facility has destroyed its legacy.
“The Israeli occupation forces this night have ended 78 years of brave medical history,” Gilbert told Al Jazeera, speaking from Tromso, Norway.
The hospital was built in 1946 and was the most important flagship hospital for the healthcare for people in Gaza, he said.
“This is such a sad day, I’ve been weeping all morning.”
Meanwhile, the fate of the 107 critical patients who were moved two days ago to an old part of the medical complex remains unknown, Gilbert said.
People are now searching for corpses at the site, finding “the most horrible decomposed corpses with maggots coming out of the eyes”.
“The maggots that are creeping out of the corpses in al-Shifa Hospital now are really maggots coming out of the eyes of President Biden and the EU leaders doing nothing to stop this horrible, horrible genocide,” the physician said.

The US has imported $3.62 billion worth of petroleum products in the eight months to 30 November, a 23% increase from the previous year and the highest in the past five years.
Portugal, Belgium, and Italy increased imports by 1,600, 535, and 17 times, respectively. The Netherlands, a hub for oil storage, imported 45% more petroleum products compared to October.

In the 1950s, Inuit children, aged between five and nine, from various villages in Greenland were taken from their families and sent to Copenhagen to learn Danish. The goal was not only to teach them the language of the mother country, but to train them as a small elite capable of governing their island and guiding it toward modernity. The brightest and most promising children were selected for this purpose. They spent two years in Denmark, and upon returning, some could no longer speak with their parents, having forgotten their native language. They returned to their country, but not to their villages; instead, they were placed in a kind of orphanage for further re-education, which lasted several more years.
Over time, many of these children became lost, turning to alcohol or begging on the frozen streets of Nuuk, uprooted and aimless. Others ended up marrying Danes. In September 2022, Denmark’s Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen publicly apologized in front of six of these children, now elderly, the only ones still alive at the time. “What you were subjected to was terrible; it was inhumane, it was unfair, and it was heartless,” she told them

@yayhandles Several countries, including some developing countries, and finance institutions have signed up to a pledge to end public support for international fossil fuel projects. The same countries will be able to continue to develop fossil fuels at home. The US has at least 24 pending fossil fuel projects representing more than 1.6 gigatons of potential greenhouse gas emissions, while the UK is licensing new oil and gas fields in the North Sea.
The CGD research used World Bank data of per capita carbon emissions for each country, spread out over a year, to calculate the point at which a British or US citizen’s energy use surpassed that of someone living in a low- or middle-income country. About 940 million people, mainly in sub-Saharan Africa, do not have access to electricity.
African leaders, including President Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria, who has committed Nigeria to net zero by 2060, and Lazarus Chakwera, the president of Malawi, have spoken out about their countries’ need to transition to net zero via natural gas.
The Energy for Growth Hub, an international research network, estimates that if 48 countries in Africa, excluding South Africa and several north African nations, tripled their electricity consumption through use of natural gas, the resulting carbon emissions would be less than 1% of the global total.

@daophos23 Honestly, seeing what is happening in Middle East and how US and Europe react to the event, whenever I hear any western medias talking about democracy, freedom, human rights, liberty of speech, censorship, war crime, genocide etc, I just laugh 😂.
Shame..
U$A EU UK had lost all credibility and moral ground, by $upportxng this drama.
Relatively , Putin is so kind.

Still have money for recruitment ? The gov should focus on economy for the people , not war .
17-5-2023 New record! Seven major U.S. companies file for bankruptcy protection in 48 hours
In less than 48 hours, at least seven major U.S. companies filed for bankruptcy protection, including digital media companies Vice Media LLC and Envision Healthcare, the most since records began in 2008. Analysts pointed out that companies in all walks of life in the United States are struggling to cope with higher interest costs, making it more challenging to refinance loans and bonds. The credit market continues to tighten, and companies filing for bankruptcy protection may come one after another.
Vice Media has raised $450 million from private equity firm TPG, valuing the company at $5.7 billion.
Other companies that have filed for bankruptcy protection include home security company Monitronics International, chemicals maker Venator Materials Plc, oil maker Cox Operating LLC, fire protection company Kidde-Fenwal and biotech company Athenex.

As a Brazilian, I am fully in support of a multipolar world. I reject US-EU hegemony, double standards and crimes. I urge the brazilian people and leaders to deepen relations with this ideology and institutional actions in UN with Russia, China and many others.
US-EU must pay for its crimes against humanity, for its colonial intents, racial supremacy and genocides. The indigenous tupinambá people in Brazil used to call portuguese "peró", which means "without a soul" - that is how I and many other see them and their actions across the world.
We, majority of the world, brothers and sisters whose communities have been expoited, killed, marginalized, we must unite and make the west pay for its actions against humanity and the earth.
Viva latinoamerica! Viva o Sul Global!

😆Intel puts German plant plans on hold , main reason , energy cost ...

Representatives from various industries in Australia flocked to China to seek business opportunities.
"Australian farmers are flocking to China again." On the 9th local time, economic and trade cooperation was back on track. Representatives from many agricultural product industry associations such as Australian blueberries and avocados, as well as seafood industry representatives, flocked to China to actively lobby, hoping to become officials of both countries. The next beneficiary of market access negotiations.
Two weeks ago, a delegation from Avoados Australia, the largest advocacy organization for the Australian avocado industry, went to Yunnan, China, and Shenzhen, Guangdong, to actively lobby local governments and major food importers and retailers, hoping to establish relationships with the Chinese market. , trying to make Australian avocados the next beneficiary of market access negotiations.

No more $$$ for this COP...
Business bankruptcies in Germany soared by 22.9 percent in October compared to the same month last year, reflecting the continued struggles of Europe's largest economy.
In August 2024, Germany recorded an average of 5.1 business bankruptcies per 10,000 companies, with transportation and warehousing hit hardest at 9.2 bankruptcies per 10,000, followed by the hospitality sector at 7.8.
"Collapsing demand from Germany and abroad, high energy and labor costs, and burdensome taxes and bureaucracy are weighing heavily on business prospects and finances," said the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DIHK).
Germany's economic challenges are mounting, with stagnant global demand, a skilled labor shortage, and intensifying competition. The economy is now forecasted to contract for a second consecutive year in 2024, making it the weakest performer among the Group of Seven (G7) advanced economies.

Germany did...
The United Nations Human Rights Council passes a resolution calling for an arms embargo on Israel
The United Nations Human Rights Council passed a resolution on April 5 calling on all countries to stop selling, transferring and transferring weapons to Israel. Among the 47 member states of the Council, 28 voted in favor, 6 voted against, and 13 abstained, and the resolution was passed.
The United Nations Human Rights Council adopted the resolution "The situation of human rights in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and the obligation to ensure accountability and justice."
The resolution calls on all countries to cease the sale, transfer and transfer of weapons, ammunition and other military equipment to Israel to prevent further violations of international humanitarian law and violations and abuses of human rights.
The United States voted against the anti-Israeli resolution, as did Germany, Argentina, Paraguay, Bulgaria and Malawi.

Executives from two of Germany's three major automakers came to China with Scholz this time. Ola Kallenius, CEO of Mercedes-Benz, made it clear that exiting China is not an option, but to expand his company's position in China; BMW Group Chairman Oliver Zipse even emphasized that " "Free trade and competition" principles, and bluntly stated that "it does not feel threatened by Chinese automakers."
The report first pointed out that China-Germany relations are still close, especially in the economic and trade field. According to data from the German Institute for Economic Research (IW), Germany's total direct investment in China in 2023 will be 11.9 billion euros (approximately RMB 91.8 billion), a year-on-year increase of more than 4%, setting a record high. Unlike American and Japanese companies, German companies’ investment in China shows little sign of weakening.
"Germany plays a very special role in China's economic development and foreign trade relations." Max J. Zenglein, chief economist at the Mercator Center for China Studies in Berlin, pointed out that electronic products and electronic technology , as well as machinery and chemicals, remain Germany's important export products to China. "As countries such as the United States and Japan have more acute relations with China, Germany plays an important role in accessing technology and capital and is definitely in an advantageous position in this regard."

sorry! South Korean martial law soldiers bow to apologize to citizens.
"Today, an unknown martial law soldier bowed and said sorry to the citizens who came to the National Assembly to protest."
This citizen said: "When I saw the clear eyes behind the glasses, all my anger disappeared and I felt endless compassion and gratitude. "
He continued: "In that brief moment, when you bowed to me once, twice, three times, chasing me and saying, 'I'm sorry,' I felt your sincerity, as if you were saying, 'We are "The same kind of people."
"I am a citizen and journalist, and I have received your greetings." "I will always remember your words to protect the dawn of the democratic republic. Please complete your military service in good health, return to our society, and be a healthy young man." people," he said.

Around 1,700 Ukrainian troops equipped by the West have disappeared after being trained in France, leaving the remainder of their brigade to face Putin's wrath alone.
The 155th Mechanised Brigade, one of Ukraine's few units equipped with advanced Leopard 2 battle tanks, was supposed to bolster the country's defences.
Instead, at least 50 soldiers disappeared while the unit trained in France, and by the time it entered its first battle, 1,700 troops had gone absent without leave.
Even as late as November, 500 soldiers remained unaccounted for, sparking a crisis for the brigade, also known as Anne of Kyiv in honour of its historical ties with France.
This mass exodus occurred before the unit was deployed to Pokrovsk, a critical logistics hub in eastern Ukraine's Donetsk region.
When the depleted brigade finally entered combat in recent days, it suffered heavy losses, including some of its prized Leopard tanks and other armoured vehicles.
The debacle has prompted an investigation by Ukraine's State Bureau of Investigations into what critics are calling the 'shambolic' formation of the unit.
The brigade was intended to feature over 5,800 troops and state-of-the-art Western weaponry, including French Caesar 155mm howitzers.

25-3-2024 , With the United States abstaining from the vote, the United Nations Security Council passed a resolution on March 25 calling for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza. This is the first time that a ceasefire has been explicitly called for in a Security Council resolution since a new round of large-scale conflict broke out between Israel and the Palestinian militant organization Hamas on October 7, 2024.
According to Israeli media reports earlier on the same day, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that if the United States does not exercise its veto to prevent the resolution from being passed, the Israeli delegation will cancel its visit to the United States.
The resolution reads, "Requires all parties to immediately cease fire during the month of Ramadan, thereby achieving a permanent and sustainable ceasefire, demands the immediate and unconditional release of all hostages, demands expansion of humanitarian assistance, strengthens the protection of civilians, and eliminates all forms of large-scale provision of humanitarian assistance." Obstacles."

@jackychick

Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson , show their true face.
"If Ukraine loses in the NATO proxy war with Russia, it will be the end of Western hegemony”
--> They don't care about Youkrain people.
And Boris still pushing the war to continue..
The vast majority of the world has not joined the West in its new cold war on Russia.
Two former US diplomats published an article in Newsweek in 2022 lamenting that, “While the United States and its closest allies in Europe and Asia have imposed tough economic sanctions on Moscow, 87 percent of the world’s population has declined to follow us”.
It is only the Global North, or the collective West, that has imposed sanctions on Russia: North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and the US allies in Japan, South Korea, and China’s Taiwan province (which is governed by pro-Western political forces).

Japan and S.Korea want to join ASEAN movement to de-risk ?
2024-5-20, ASEAN bloc are looking to end reliance on the U.S. dollar.
10 Countries Look To Stop Using the U.S. Dollar, Settle Trade Payments in Local Currencies Instead
Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. According to the latest figures from the International Monetary Fund (IMF), commonly called the World Bank, the combined GDP of ASEAN nations currently stands at around $4 trillion.
The move will strengthen their native economies giving local currencies a boost in the global foreign exchange markets. Several developing countries fear the rising U.S. debt of $34.4 trillion can affect their native economies and businesses. Therefore, the only solution to American debt is to make ASEAN countries use local currencies and sideline the U.S. dollar.
The U.S. pressing sanctions on other developing countries is also among the reasons why ASEAN wants to ditch the dollar. A stronger local currency will have no adverse effects from U.S. sanctions making their economies safer. In conclusion, the next decade will be different for the U.S. dollar as many nations are looking to uproot it.

China can help , just need money.
China's shipbuilding capacity is 232 times greater than the US, per leaked US Navy intelligence.
A leaked US Navy briefing slide with the information circulated online in July, per The War Zone, an online newsletter. The slide was titled "PLAN vs. USN Naval Force Laydown," and appeared to be marked "unclassified."
According to the data seen in the slide, China's shipyards have a capacity of over 23.2 million tons, more than 232 times greater than the US capacity of less than 100,000 tons.
The slide also appears to contrast the "battle force composition" of both navies, taking into account "combatant ships, submarines, mine warfare ships, major amphibious ships, and large combat support auxiliary ships."

More than 60 years after Eisenhower identified the problem and gave it a name, the military-industrial complex continues to use its unprecedented influence to corrupt budget and policy processes, starve funding for non-military solutions to security problems, and ensure that war is the ever more likely “solution” to this country’s problems. The question is: What can be done to reduce its power over our lives, our livelihoods, and ultimately, the future of the planet?
Countering the modern-day military-industrial complex would mean dislodging each of the major pillars undergirding its power and influence. That would involve campaign-finance reform; curbing the revolving door between the weapons industry and government; shedding more light on its funding of political campaigns, think tanks, and Hollywood; and prioritizing investments in the jobs of the future in green technology and public health instead of piling up ever more weapons systems. Most important of all, perhaps, a broad-based public education campaign is needed to promote more realistic views of the challenge posed by China and to counter the current climate of fear that serves the interests of the Pentagon and the giant weapons contractors at the expense of the safety and security of the rest of us.

U$: we don’t seek conflict, proceeds to sell nuclear subs to Aus.
U$: I repeat we don’t seek conflict, proceeds to set up more military bases in Philippines.
U$: I repeat again, we don’t seek conflict, proceeds to sell more weapons to Taiwan.
From history record, they profit through others instability.
They use it on middle east , Europe and now Asia.
The “divide and conquer” strategy
This strategy is mostly attributed to the Anglo-Saxon(Uk U$ CAN AUS) diplomacy, they simply applied it most effectively through history.
"This strategy, and all other strategies that try to weaken others so we could overcome them, rule over them, is the strategy of our inherently egocentric, self-serving nature, that thrives on succeeding at the expense of others."

Ukraine asked for aid last month, launched long-range missiles against drone factories in Iran, Syria and Russia. Ukraine also proposed that if it obtains weapons, it will take action on its own.
Ukraine's 47-page report to the Group of Seven Major Industrial Countries (G7) claimed that the suicide drones used by the Russian army were manufactured by Iranian manufacturers in Iran and Syria and contained Western-made parts. Witness 131 and Witness 136 drones contain 51 and 57 Western-made parts respectively. The parts suppliers come from countries that have imposed sanctions on Russia, including the United States, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Germany, Canada, Japan and Poland. The report recommended launching missiles against drone production factories in Iran and Syria, as well as a possible production base in Russia. The report also pointed out that if allies provide the necessary means of destruction, the Ukrainian Defense Forces may carry out the above actions.

Back in the 80s in New Zealand, the US tried to park their nuclear ships in our ports, the NZ public didn't like it, and our Prime Minister listened to his ppl and kicked the US out and declared NZ nuclear free, at the time we were part of an alliance called ANZUS, (Australia, New Zealand, United States), the US kicked NZ off the alliance and told us to defend ourselves, we didn't care, and the funny thing was when we left the alliance ANZUS became ANUS, and we still laughing today😂😂😂😂

Inside China Business..
Russia and China are developing a transnational grains corridor, connecting Russia's enormous agricultural production to export markets in China, South Asia, and the Middle East.
When complete, Russian production and shipments on this network will exceed 8 million tons per year. China is the world's largest importer of wheat and grains, and in 2023 imported over 6 million tons of wheat from the United States, Canada, Australia, and France.
Large distribution hubs are being completed in China's Northern and Central provinces, which will further transport Russian food exports within China, and on to other Asian countries.
The proposed BRICS grains exchange enjoys wide support across the bloc, and will accelerate the decoupling of Global South markets from the Western banking and trading systems, to the detriment of farmers in North America and Europe.

2023-12-27 Unmasking EU Fisheries in West Africa’s
AIS data analysed exposed Ocean Whale’s predatory fishing practices within the Exclusive Economic Zones (EEZ) of Mauritania, Guinea-Bissau, Angola, and Namibia. These vessels plunder the very heart of West Africa’s maritime resources, disregarding scientific concerns about sustainability.
In October 2023, the Joint Scientific Committee, tasked with overseeing the implementation of the EU-Mauritania fisheries agreement, issued a report that amounted to an indictment of EU fishing fleets in the West African region.
The report noted that the EU fleet fishing for small pelagic in West Africa, particularly the East European vessels, continue to “disregard their obligations to embark scientific observers on board,” while they fish unsustainably.

48% Of Residents of Nine EU Countries Favour a Quick End to War, Even at Cost of Territorial Loss for Ukraine
The research has been conducted by Euroskopia in nine EU countries (Portugal, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, and Greece).
Over 60% of Austrians and Germans want the war to end quickly. The German government is one of those that provided the largest military assistance to Ukraine.
Greeks (54%), Italians (50%), and Spaniards (50%) are in favour of a quick end to the war, even if Ukraine gives up territories.
In the Netherlands, 48% of the citizens opposed the idea of Ukraine giving up territories to end the war sooner. 45% of people in Portugal and 42% in Poland think the same.

Germany industrial dxed on the day NStream was bxmb.

@jackychick

Footage has captured US Secretary of State Antony Blinken appearing taken aback and shaking his head disapprovingly after President Biden called Chinese President Xi Jinping a "dictator".
At the end of a press briefing on Wednesday, local time, President Biden was asked if he'd continue labelling his Chinese counterpart as a dictator, a term he'd used earlier in the year.
“Well, look, he is," he said.
"I mean, he's a dictator in the sense that he is the guy who runs a country that is a communist country that’s based on a form of government totally different than ours anyway (inaudible)”.
Mr Biden's remarks follow his first face-to-face meeting in a year with President Xi, aimed at stabilising their tense relationship.
Spending four hours together, including meetings, lunch, and a garden stroll, they aimed to portray their status as global rivals without being engaged in an all-or-nothing competition.

12-7-2021 Tibet’s first bullet train line enters service
For the first time, travelers in Tibet can enjoy the area’s mountainous views at high-speed.
A 435-kilometer (250-mile) rail line connecting Tibetan capital Lhasa with the city of Nyingchi entered into service on June 25, giving all 31 provincial-level regions of mainland China access to high-speed train travel.
47 tunnels, 121 bridges
Building a high-speed railroad in Tibet, dubbed the “roof of the world,” was no easy feat.
Some 90% of the route, which took six years to construct, sits higher than 3,000 meters above sea level.
The Lhasa-Nyingchi line features 47 tunnels and 121 bridges – which account for about 75% of the whole route. This includes the 525-meter-long Zangmu Railway Bridge, the largest and highest arch bridge of its kind in the world.

China, the world's largest consumer of pork, imports billions of dollars' worth of pork annually to satisfy its growing domestic demand. Historically, the European Union (EU) dominated this market, with countries like Spain, Denmark, and the Netherlands supplying over half of China’s pork imports. However, the landscape is rapidly changing. In 2023, escalating trade tensions between China and the EU, particularly after the EU imposed tariffs on Chinese electric vehicles, prompted China to launch retaliatory anti-dumping investigations into EU pork imports. As a result, EU pork producers face significant challenges, with Spain, one of the largest suppliers, seeing its market share at risk.
At the same time, Russia has stepped in to seize this opportunity. With China lifting its ban on Russian pork imports, Russia has swiftly increased its exports and aims to capture 10% of China’s pork market within the next few years. As China diversifies its pork import sources, Russia’s influence is growing, further threatening the EU's stronghold. This video delves into the trade tensions between China and the EU, the rise of Russian pork exports, and the broader implications for the global pork trade. Can the EU recover its leading position in China, or will Russia and other competitors continue to erode its market share?

The report noted that the EU fleet fishing for small pelagic in West Africa, particularly the East European vessels, continue to “disregard their obligations to embark scientific observers on board,” while they fish unsustainably.

main reason , energy cost ...

BY @jackychick

10-7-2023 Cambodia still suffers pain from US cluster bombs dropped half-century ago, says PM Hun sen
Cambodia still underwent pain from US cluster munitions dropped in the South-East Asian country half a century ago, the country's Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen said on Sunday.
"Cambodia has suffered painful experience from cluster bombs dropped by the United States in the early 1970s,"
"Until now, it has been more than half a century, but (we) have not found a way to destroy all of them yet," he added.
Still kxlling civilians.
According to Yale University, between 1965 and 1973, the US dropped some 230,516 bombs on 113,716 sites in Cambodia.
