@804MRMAN Correct, Aussies will also be trained , but the design IP Aussies pay for will not belong to Aussies. This is the same playbook in U$A all these years , the taxpayers pay for all the super high weapon design cost to "private company" and end up the design IP belong to "private company" , NOT the country or taxpayer. This is as good as money laundry. In China, they can keep the weapon manufacturing cost low , because the design IP belong to the country(or people) . NOT paying high weapon price to "private company" that own the politicians. People need to wake up, the biggest enemy of the taxpayers is the military industry complex. Actually the best deal is to purchase the existing sub, which protect AUS early.

Now U$A is not a democracy it's a corporate autocracy ruled by the big corporates. Global interests are not about good will between people rather about where profits are to be made.
