Amazing what happens when criminals face actual risk. As for drug trafficking, the primary dealers were the cops themselves, including the Chief of Police.

  8. Vallandigham wasn't wrong about Lincoln which Lincoln himself proved with the suspension of habeas corpus among other anti-Constitutional acts. Also, the Emancipation Proclamation only applied to Southern States and slavery went on in parts of the North for some time after the Civil War ended.
