  5. The team on the roof to Trump's right, shown in a number of videos, should be fired for utter incompetence. Their reactions just prior to, at the time of and after were beyond ridiculous.

  8. Not knowing the background of any of them, I gather from the reaction to the second shot to the ear that none of these guys have any first hand experience with combat wounds at the time that they occur.

  11. You can use Google Earth with Terrain turned on to get an idea of the terrain at the site. Ground level where the stage was located is 10+ feet higher than the ground level of the single story warehouse where the alleged perp was located. Add the height of the stage and the height at Trump's ear along with the fact of a prone position on the roof and you end up with not much elevation difference.
