  1. All these people who now testify about their issues with Rush's decisions knew what he was going to use that sub for. If I was in their shoes, knowing that the sub was to be used to transport tourist, I would have told him to pound sand and not assisted him in murdering 3 people. If it was just Rush risking his own life, it's a completely different story. Rush and Nargeolet knew exactly what they were getting into, the other three were not entirely informed and naive.
