  1. One time I went to an independent Toyota shop to get some front end work don. When i picked up the car, there was a horrible noise coming from the front left side. I went back and the manager drove it and confirmed it. Turned out that whoever worked on the car, somehow messed up the front wheel bearings. They replaced it at no charge. The manager got mad at the tech for not pointing it out when he test drove it.

  2. My local Mazda dealer makes a video showing the inspection of the car, including measuring brake and tire wear, condition of fluids and filters. If anything is needed they report it and wait for your approval.
