  4. If all that can be done is that Navy SEALS raid her berth and destroy her with scuttling charges, that would be a satisfaction of honor for the US Navy. A good old fashioned cutting-out operation like the age of sail days. Anything to take her out of the hands of the DPRK and publicly embarrass them would work. At the current time, of course, not even that is possible without astronomically high risk.
