  2. 9:08 no, he did NOT have a "fully functional nuclear reactor". What he had was a pile of radioactive garbage that was a health hazard. If it was an actual fission reactor it would've given him a lethal dose the moment it went critical and he likely would've been found dead a few feet away from it by the next victim, who would then be found dead shortly thereafter, and so on...this video greatly understates the difficulty in building a functioning fission reactor. Yeah, Hahn was doing stupid dangerous shit, but he didn't actually succeed, and your video is grossly inaccurate in that regard.
