  1. @ 8:01 he threw me with "definitely"🤣 I'm just finding the channel in 2024, but I looked up the city council members and he's on it!🎉🎉 This channel is absolutely (sorry, but it fits😆) the most refreshing, realistic rv/ van Life channel I have come across. I hit 54 this week and will be a fully empty nester this week as well. Taxes are climbing, acreage is being encroached upon. I'm less than a decade from retirement @ the pulic school system and I just can't see what little bit I'm earning & saving now to keep fighting a losing battle. I said once I'm bought out, I'd just find something small to buy further east, but still a do-able commute until retirement. But no matter how small, the cost is double & higher than my 4br/2bath I'm in. And there's NO WAY I'll get 3.625 APR again fixed anytime soon. I had no idea this could be a viable option. There's a few in my state, one about 40 minutes from my school. I figure I could look to trade in my little hatchback for something with higher towing capacity, look into a small camper and basically reside in the park and still have a car for work. I see parents coming to enroll kids weekly where they're renting a ROOM in a house for $1800/month.😮 For all the negative vibes people have about 'trailer parks' I think it just depends on the type of residents allowed. I'm thankful this channel found me. ~Thank you. 🚐☁️☁️
