@ObamaVoter2009 Actually in some states like Delaware you don;t have to release your name to the public and in all states you can have an attorney represent you....do some research my child....

Yes it is ...you can have a lawyer represent you AND in Deleware you can remain annonymons (sp)...do some research and see for yourself......
