  1. One thing the film probably got wrong was Cassidy's accent. His father came from Lancashire in England and as Butch was raised on their farm he picked up his father's accent. In fact Butch's family have said he sounded like the late Lancastrian actor, singer-songwriter and comedian, George Formby. And another connection is the Formby's early career was as a stable boy and jockey. Formby's catchphrase was 'it's turned out nice again' and I did wonder if Butch ever used it after a successful bank raid.😊
