  1. I have read about this incident but it is a story well worth retelling. It would be hard to imagine two people with such diverse background becoming such close friends, but war does bring people together in a way that you would not normally expect. Amongst those fighting in Korea was one Maurice Joseph Micklewhite Jr. from London. Better known as Sir Micheal Caine.
