  2. As far as I remember he was positively ID'd by someone who knew him. Unless someone has seen him in Bolivia after the fact.

  3. I think part of us would like to know what happened to them, but the other part doesn't want to spoil the mystery. Personally I like to think they finally had a chance to go straight and ended their lives as, somewhat, honest citizens. So don't solve the mystery as so far I am right.
