  1. Another interesting moment in history. Odd that the award could be back dated. Was there a limit to how far back they could go? I did come across something about an American Soldier who served in Vietnam and who had won the Medal of Honor. But his actions during four other events would have also resulted in his being awarded the medal four more times except the award was restricted to just the one. Is this correct?

  2. I must admit I was surprised that there was a limit as it did not make any sense. I came across it on YouTube, not always the most accurate of sources, with exception of your good self, but as this was originally a television programme I thought more care would have been take with regards to accuracy. Obviously not.
