  1. Well, I thought, if it's a Pastry War then that's got to be France and Austria fighting over who does the best pastries to serve with their coffee. And lets be frank here. There are no other countries who take pasty as seriously as the French and the Austrians. I was almost there when it turns out the French were fighting the Mexicans and brought on an Austrian just to add to the confusion.
