  1. One of my favourite sandwiches is smoked bacon, brie and cranberry sauce. Now, fond as I am of this sandwich, I have a feeling I am never going to eat enough for of them for the cranberry sauce to be a problem.

  3.  @mytech6779  Not sure where you are but in the UK we have back bacon which can be smoked or non smoked. We have belly pork bacon as well which is called streaky bacon. This can also be smoked. Hope that helps.
