  1. The problems with quality control during wartime can be huge headache, especially when everything seems to be needed yesterday. And the more complex the project the harder it is to keep on top of things.

  2. Neil Anderson This is true but we are talking about quality control which is a different kettle of fish. This requires training and the appropriate equipment, such as gauges, to check each part. I understand quality control is a big problem with the F22 Raptor. Parts are arriving for assembly and are having to be worked on before the can be used. The problem seems to be related to the fact that there are so many factories around America making these parts that quality control has suffered.
