So there I am watching Tank Chats and at the end up pops The History Guy telling us to subscriber to the channel. Now I'm waiting for David Fletcher to do one of The History Guy's Hat Chats. Preferably the one he wore when he was part of the general staff in WW1. Anyway watched the Tank Chat and up pops The History Guy video on stainless steel. Hello. I thought, their doing a double act. As double history was my favourite way to spend a couple of hours at school I am, as our American friend might say, in hog heaven. Interestingly in the UK there is the Angel of the North which is also made out of steel but was designed to rust as this caused a protective layer on the surface. And in typical British humour is also known as the "Gateshead Flasher", after the local town of Gateshead.
