  1. I know they have said that the F35 will be carrying out the close air support role, but should you really be using a one hundred million dollar aircraft for asymmetric warfare. Especially considering how much downtime they need for maintenance after each flight. To put it simply this is using a Rolls Royce to deliver a pizza.
