  1. Russia is not building more T-14s, or the latest jets, because they cannot afford to. The Russian economy is no bigger then that of Italy, but with over twice as many people. So, to put it in its simplest terms, less money to go around. And they are suffering a brain drain. So all those who could help the economy have left to work elsewhere. Yes you will see all of these vanity projects where they have one tank, or one jet, or one missile, but that is for domestic consumption as the rest of the world knows they cannot afford any more.
