  1. To change Fahrenheit to Centigrade just deduct 30 and the divide by two. So 70 - 30 / 2 = 20. Okay Not spot on for scientific purposes but for your weather it will be fine.

  2. America should also stop using volumetric measurements for their recipes as well. I have seen a trained chef measure out breadcrumbs for a recipe which he repeated three times and each time the weight was different.
