If his nuclear missiles are up to the same standards as the rest of his armed forces how big a threat is this. Remember is cost billions to maintain these weapons and the Russian military does find ways of spending that money on other things.

@alexhumble7653 It's not the cost of the weapons, Alex, it's the cost of their upkeep. If they are syphoning off the funds which should be used to pay for the upkeep of the weapons, and we know they have done this with other weapons such as the tanks not having additional armour, there is a good chance those missiles are now in a very poor state. So they may be unusable.
