For a country where security is paramount you would think the Russians would make sure these soldiers did not have their phones with them.

@B.D.E. I keep hearing commentator talking about how good the Russian FSB is like it was the old KGB. I read an article which included comments by someone forced to work for them as an informant and he said they rely entirely on informants for everything but they do not have the ability to investigate anything.
