  1. The previous Chechens turned up in Ukraine and after a couple of days went and hid behind the Russian lines. The only real fighting was against the Russian troops when the Chechens were tasked with stopping Russian troops from running away. That resulted in the Russian troops giving the Chechens a good old fashioned killing. Putin's Chechen troops are good at fighting the defenceless but that's all.
