@77thTrombone That I understand. What shows them to be rank amateurs is the fact that they did not leave such incriminating evidence behind. And remember they have taken over the duties of FSB because the FSB were not up to the job.

@jfryer485 As they used to say 'they were up to no good.' They were targeting the the world's chemical weapons watchdog, the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons with a cyber attack.
