  1. Watching the man being asked if he had the time on him relates to something I did yesterday. There was a busker playing his electric guitar rather loudly and as several of us passed by a turned to her family and the said 'that was rather loud.' I turned to her and said 'What.' She was about to repeat he statement when she realised what I'd down and laughed.

  2. I know two stories about bird strike testing. One was where no matter how they did the test it always went through the canopy. Then it was pointed out to them that the chickens should be defrosted first. That made all the difference. Second was at a USAF base in America. were the base commander would order a chicken from a nearby store when needed. The owner of the store would lovingly hand pick chicken as it was for the base commander. He finally had a chance to talk to the base commander where he asked about the chickens and during the course of the conversation discovered that they were being used for bird strike test.

  10. Okay. The truck followed by the caravan and the SUV and trailer is probably working with a circus or fair as I have seen them in the UK.
