  1. True. It show you how poorly maintained Russian equipment is and how much Russia relies on foreign imports of parts. Night vision equipment used in their tanks came from France. And the reason they cannot build more of their much vaunted T-14s is because it is heavily reliant on imported specialist parts that Russia cannot make themselves. Even the engines used by those very same Russian aircraft that dropped those bombs are made in Ukraine. As for the Russian nukes that Putin keeps threatening to use they are now probably useless. Some parts need maintenance every seven years or so while other parts must be maintained every ten years. This is very expensive and when you consider how many warheads Russia has that cost must be prohibitively huge. And why spend money on something you don't plan to use. So Putin can rattle his sabre all he likes but that is all he can do.
