  2. Blogger Sergey Kolyasnikov is claiming that Russian defence officials and bureaucrats are deliberately withholding information from him about the state of the war in Ukraine. They are working with all the regional news outlets to stop any negative information getting to the top. If this is correct then Putin has no idea as to the true extent of Russian losses and how poorly the Russian military is performing. So his idea that Russia can get parts of Ukraine and the rest of the world would be fine with it is all based on false information he is being fed by his own people.
