  1. Sometime ago earlier in the invasion the Ukrainians got the wingtip ECM pods off an Su-34 which they passed onto Britain and the US. Information recovered from those pods is being used to jam the Russian ECMs which is why Ukraine is now able to shoot down Russian aircraft.
