  1. Sorry but I find this all totally unbelievable. The Kaiser had been pushing to build up his armed forces for years. He even told the Austro-Hungarian Empire that if they went to war with Russia Germany would back them. Having pushed for war then lost Wilhelm was looking to move the blame to others to cover for the fact that he had led his country to devastation and defeat. As for the idea that the British had built up stores in Europe there is no evidence for this. In fact Britain declared war on the 4th August while the others declared war on the 1st August. And all the evidence shows that Britain was not rushing to war. And even at that point, despite Germany pushing for war, many hoped it would not come to fighting. This is borne out by the fact that at first no country actually mobilised their armed force. It was not until hot heads in the Russian court pushed the Tzar to mobilise in the belief that they could defeat Germany that the other countries followed them. Otherwise there would have been no war.

  2.  Rad Derry  Firstly there was no communism at that point. That would come later. Secondly it was Germany smuggling Lenin into Russia facilitated the communist revolution. Thirdly WW1 started on the 1st August while Britain did not join the French until the 4th August. So Britain did not provide any excuse to start the was. You understanding of history at this time is abysmal.
