  2. Setting aside the fact that this person does not want to give his life to the glory Czar Vladimir the Impaler, kudos on that, I find it more than a little interesting that in a time of computers, tablets and smartphones Russia is still keeping paper records.

  3.  @venator5  I understand what you are saying but I don't think they would have them record there. They would be kept elsewhere and probably at some military facility. This looks more like a local office where they would have the records for people being coscripted.
