  1. The US pays 20% more then any other country on healthcare. Yet can only manage 37th in the world ranking for healthcare. That is one place below Costa Rica and two places above Cuba. You re paying a lot of money for a very poor service. Meanwhile the UK which does have a national health service is ranked at 18.
