@michaelrief4424 I agree on the paper tiger. Something I have, like you I should image, realised already. Considering they have just come of exercises you would think they would be better coordinated. But that is definitely not the case. Which makes me think these exercises are just some that has been choreographed to a timetable rather then actual used to hone an army ready for battle. This is probably because the Russian economy is in such a poor state they cannot afford to do the real thing. The other thing is the reliance on conscripts. Which modern army can afford to do that. It takes about two years to take a civilian and turn them into something useful. Waste of money.
