  1. China buys Russian aircraft then reverse engineers it to make their own aircraft. Which China then sells to other countries. This in turn reduces Russian sales to them countries. Russia complains about China reverse engineering their aircraft. But then sells more aircraft to China because they need the sales. China has, of course, promised not to reverse engineer these new aircraft. Of course we believe them. Russia's population is twice that of France but its economy is only as big as Italy. Many educated Russians have left for a better life elsewhere. Meanwhile in Russia the problem will alcoholism is so bad that one in four Russian men will die before they are sixty.
