I think one factor you have missed is that for some time Russia has not had the funding to build all these missiles. This is why the have been trying to sell aircraft and helicopter because it is not until they sell them will they get the funding to build the next generation of aircraft. They have needed to update their radar for years now but cannot afford to. Same with there jet engines. The Russian army should have had 2,300 T-14 Armata tanks by 2020. Fiscal shortfalls, i.e. no money, has delayed that to 2025. You can image how much difference there would have been if Ukraine had to face T-14s instead of beat up old T72s. So I think you may have to revise down your estimates for Russian guided missile numbers. they just cannot afford them. Putin does have a $700,000,000 yacht. Wonder how many T-14s you could have bought for that.

@trentbyington5957 That is the figure given for those entering service this year, yes. As much of what is required to build the T-14 comes from abroad, cutbacks in education means they no longer have the engineers they once had to make these themselves, and sanctions on those imports means they are not likely getting many more for some time. This is probably why they have been updating their T-72s. Interestingly it is these updated T-72s which seem to be bearing the brunt of the of the offensive with them taking some 40% of those tanks destroyed or mission kills. Whereas I believe they only make some 20% of the invasion force.
