  1. Not according the the bookies dude. I wish his popularity would evaporate, but the bookies are still favoring Trump. Also the health of the candidate is not one of Allan Lichtman's keys to the White House. Therefore health can be disregarded along with all the other topics you mentioned. You think Harris (or Trump) actually cares about you? People know the candidates don't care so this definitely not a factor at all. The election is a referendum on governance and it is the incumbent's problem if people are dissatisfied. I personally believe the Dems have governed well but I'm employed with no debt, so I would.

  3. You're quoting Nat Silver, the man who states his predictions as percentages? It is not the best of 100 elections. There is only one election. Issuing a prediction in percentage terms is really just a reflection of how confident he is in his own prediction. Judging by his record, his self-ascribed confidence level should be re-evaluated.
