  2. You're quoting Nat Silver, the man who states his predictions as percentages? It is not the best of 100 elections. There is only one election. Issuing a prediction in percentage terms is really just a reflection of how confident he is in his own prediction. Judging by his record, his self-ascribed confidence level should be re-evaluated.
