  3. ​@ They are not innocent. They were already found guilty by UEFA on several of the charges. Whether the Premier League can likewise prove their guilt is the only thing in question.

  5. ​ @Renegade76892  They were found guilty by UEFA and paid the fine. Even though they were able to get it reduced by CAS via the time bar. All their usual legal loopholes and skulduggery to finagle their way out of the full punishment, for which they were already found guilty of by UEFA. That is not debatable.
