in the next 10 years, Chelsea will be back to being a regular mid-table club, just like they were for most of the history, before the Roman Abramovich gravy train era.

@jaycfc3909 No you haven't. Roman has only just left your club. The repercussions of that will not be fully realised until the next few years at least. The new owners are not gonna fund Chelsea for the next 20 years like Abramovich did. That gravy train is over.

@maximumpotential3796 Yes. For two decades Chelsea have been very successful. Now why do you imagine that was, hrm? Pure coincidence that was the length of multi-billionaire Roman's tenure as owner. An owner btw, unlike almost any other in the modern game, who continuously pumped in cash to buy Chelsea success ... before FFP was a thing (and had to be introduced, due to the unfair practacies at the likes of Chelsea, Man City, PSG). It is highly unlikely your new owners will be as generous as Abramovich was at your club. Time will tell however. I predict Chelsea will have moderate success going forwards, typical of your pre-Roman era. i.e. mid-table top flight club, with a few domestic or UEFA cup trophies here and there.
