  1. Yes, the UCL and those other tournaments should reduce the subs to 3 maximum per game. It's the EPL that have it correct in this instance.

  2. This is stupid! 5 substitutes is too many ... and would advantage Man City even more than they already are. They will make 5 subs every game, whether it is needed or not, just to maximise their squad depth. The smaller clubs will be even more disadvantaged.
