Did Borussia Dortmund just lose out around £100 million by not selling Haaland last season? I'm sure there were reports of transfer bids of about £150+ million last season (or even during the January transfer window). And now he's been let go for just £50m - £63m?

Arsenal will be back down to a mid-table club next season. Other teams like Newcastle and Villa will likely improve over the summer and push you down ... where you belong.

@ryanedwards805 Were Dortmund really so reliant on Halaand to finish top 4? They could have doubled the transfer fee and used a fraction of that to get a decent replacement striker ... and then still qualified for the UCL. i.e. more profits, UCL qualification, AND the extra cash to buy their preferred replacement striker. I guess they took their gamble, but that's still a huge chunk of change they left on the table, they'll never now see.

@leewainwright3526 I doubt they'd feel that way, if they actually managed to with the UCL. They're just like that because they keep bottling it.
