I hope Ukraine can qualify (although I don't think they will). I believe Ukraine are easier opposition for England than either Scotland or Wales. Scotland are always difficult due to their hatred and inferiority complex of England. And Wales have the world class danger of Gareth Bale who always turns up for his country and would doubly so against England. USA and Iran, I'm much less concerned about as both should be winnable.

Put it this way, if England can't beat the likes of USA and Iran, then they shouldn't even be in the competition. So, it's go hard and punish these weaker teams or don't even waste our time and just go home.
