  2.  @Kwansmusic  Clearly you don't, no developed country lets you drive under the influence of THC. That's why developed countries use saliva tests for THC (which also detects other drugs) when they put up checkpoints for detecting alcohol use. Everyone gets stopped at these checkpoints.
