While there is no way to kick them out, if Poland doesn't back down it will happen. In the end the EU is made up of states, if a large majority of the states want Poland out to preserve the EU, they will find a way. This can go from levying sanctions against Polish officials to even just pushing them out in a defacto way, only letting them be in the EU in a symbolic manner (for example not including them in any future budgets and decisions and maybe even closing the borders for whatever made up reason). Sure these things might not be in line with the EU currently, but then again Poland doesn't accept the EU either according to this ruling.
In fact one can argue that by going against all these articles, the end result is that Poland sigining up the EU treaty wasn't lawfull, and therefor Poland was never actually a member of the EU, thus they can either sign up to all these articles (and if necessary change Polish constitution) or just leave/be kicked out as somekind of squatter.
In the end it will likely be up to the Polish people, if they don't force their government to back down or elect a new government that will do what is necessary to remain, they will bare the brunt of a defacto exit.
