  1. I'd rather have a dictator who can enact changes for the best of the people and the country than a fragmented 'democratic' system that can barely make necessary changes to the foundation of their country.  A lot of countries have a foundation that dates back decades (in which a lot has changed) and that isn't viable in the future/now and were the necessary changes are impossible to achieve due to the fragmentation so they just create some patches, like instead of building a new ship, keep patching up the old one time after time after time, or perhaps a better analogy, change the upper levels of a house slightly to make it look better, while the foundation is slowly crumbling and should be replaced.
